IN NO EVENT SHALL THE FOUNDERS, DEVELOPERS, OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, OR ANY RELATED PARTIES OF CAR BUYER BOUNCER BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, LOST SAVINGS, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

You acknowledge that the calculations and estimates provided by the Service are based solely on user-provided inputs and publicly available average data. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any output generated by the Service. Any reliance on such information is strictly at your own risk.

4. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Car Buying Bouncer, its founders, developers, operators, affiliates, licensors, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and successors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any rights of a third party; or (d) any negotiation, transaction, or interaction with a dealership or other party that was informed by information obtained through the Service.

6. Payment & Passes

The Service offers time-based access passes purchased through Stripe. All payments are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Passes grant access for a fixed duration from the time of purchase and expire automatically. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice.

7. User Data & Privacy

The Service collects anonymous usage data and calculation logs for the purpose of aggregating dealership transparency information. No personally identifiable information is required or stored. Session identifiers are generated locally and hashed before transmission. We do not sell, share, or distribute user data to third parties for marketing purposes.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Service. Your continued use of the Service after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
